So it's funny the webmaster of the subdistrict administrative organization (TAO) Lilet (องค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลลีเล็ด) in Phunphin district, Surat Thani, has placed a similar image on their website, and not surprisingly that one contains the link to their website - http://www.leeled.go.th.

Andy the link at the end of this post generates a trojan virus warning in Kaspersky when you click on the link.
Just for info in case you were unaware.
I also use Kapersky, but don't get that warning right now. But that might be because of the firewall here - I had seen that malicious frame pointing to a URL with a different port number, and that is blocked here. Looking at the HTML of the website, the javascript at the end looks very suspicious, no webmaster would add something so cryptic. So probably we'll soon see this site receiving a warning when opening in Firefox or searching for it in Google. Anyway, it's just yet another case of non-caring webmaster. I will try to send an email, but have not much hope anyone will react.
