There was one announcement issued after I prepared the
digest for 2007, so I couldn't include it then. Already effective April 5 2007, the
Thesaban Tambon Mueang Det in Ubon Ratchathani Province was upgraded to a
Thesaban Mueang (
Royal Gazette, Volume 124, Issue พิเศษ 205 ง, Page 8, issued December 28).
